Registration Guidelines

Registration Process – ICASET 2026

  • Notify Us Immediately - After completing your registration, kindly inform the organizing committee by sharing your payment confirmation details.
  • Email Proof of Payment - Please email a screenshot or scanned copy of your registration fee receipt or transaction confirmation to the official email ID.
  • No Paper Modifications After Deadline - Once the final paper submission deadline has passed, no changes will be allowed to your submitted manuscript.
  • One Author per Registration - Each registration permits only one individual (author or co-author) to present at the conference.
  • Late Registration - For registrations made after the official deadline, participants are requested to contact the conference coordinator immediately via email or phone.
  • Registration Form Submission - After payment, download, complete, and send the registration form to: info@icaset.in

Journal submission: Additional Charges Applicable For Scopus publication (T& C Apply)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to advance planning and organizational commitments, the following refund policy applies:

  • 60% Refund - If cancellation is requested 60 days or more before the conference.
  • 40% Refund - If cancellation is requested between 30-59 days before the conference.
  • No Refund - If cancellation is made within 30 days of the event.
Registration Transfer Policy

You may transfer your registration to a colleague or friend. The substitute may present, but the certificate will be issued in the name of the originally registered author. Alternatively, registration may be transferred to any upcoming IFERP conference of your choice.

Note: Refund processing takes 2–4 weeks after the conference, with any applicable transaction fees deducted.

Visa Information
  • Visa Support - IFERP does not directly contact embassies or consulates for visa purposes.
  • Visa Type - All international participants are advised to apply for a Business Visa.
  • Visa Denial - Refunds will not be issued for visa-related issues; the general cancellation policy applies.
