    Abstract Submission Guidelines - ICASET 2026
  • Language: All abstracts must be written in English.
  • Length: Abstracts should be 200 to 250 words, presented in a single cohesive paragraph.
  • Format: Submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).
  • Content Requirements:
    Your abstract should:
    • Clearly state the background, aim, methods, key findings, and conclusions of your original research.
    • Align with one of the ICASET 2026 core themes: Advances in Science, Engineering, and Technology.
    • Include a brief biography of the presenting author, following the format outlined in the official abstract template.
    Formatting Instructions:
  • Center-align the title, author(s)' names, and institutional affiliations.
  • Underline the name of the presenting author.
  • Use the official abstract template to maintain consistency and meet formatting standards.

  • Submission Process: Abstracts must be submitted through the official submission portal on the conference website.
  • Acknowledgment: An acknowledgment email will be sent within three working days after submission.
  • Note: Abstracts not adhering to the formatting and content criteria will not be considered for review.
    Abstract Evaluation Process - ICASET 2026
  • Submission : Authors submit abstracts through the official ICASET portal.
  • Double-Blind Peer Review : Abstracts are reviewed by domain experts within 2–3 working days under a strict double-blind process.
  • Notification : Evaluation results are shared within 2–4 working days from submission.
  • Revisions (if needed) : Authors have one week to revise and resubmit their abstract if reviewer suggestions are provided.
  • Reviewer Feedback : In the event of rejection, constructive feedback will be shared to help strengthen future submissions.
    Full Paper Submission Guidelines - ICASET 2026
  • Length: Full papers should be 6 to 8 pages, formatted in a double-column layout.
  • Language: Manuscripts must be in clear, grammatically accurate English.
  • Visual Content: Include high-quality figures, tables, and graphs, each clearly labeled and referenced within the manuscript.
  • Keywords: Provide 3-6 keywords, all in lowercase, separated by commas (capitalize only proper nouns or scientific terms).
  • Author Affiliations: Clearly mention institutional affiliations, including the country name.
