- Response to Reviewer Comments: Authors are expected to respond to reviewer feedback honestly and professionally. Any unethical conduct, including plagiarism, data manipulation, or misrepresentation, is strictly prohibited and may lead to rejection or disqualification from the conference.
- Payment Terms: The organizing committee may request payment of registration or publication fees prior to acceptance or publication. Payments should be made promptly upon receipt of the invoice to ensure smooth processing.
- Bank Charges: Participants and authors are responsible for any bank or transaction charges incurred during payment. Please ensure the full amount is transferred to avoid delays.
- Quality Standards: Submissions must be original, scientifically sound, and well-prepared. Papers exhibiting plagiarism, poor-quality images, inconsistent data, or substandard scientific content will be rejected. Authors are encouraged to thoroughly check their manuscripts for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
Plagiarism Policy - ICASET 2026
- All submissions must maintain a minimum of 80% original content.
- Manuscripts with plagiarism levels exceeding 20%, including references, will be rejected outright.
- Copying text or data from other sources without proper citation is strictly forbidden.
- ICASET 2026 follows strict anti-plagiarism protocols in line with academic best practices across India and internationally.
- Every article undergoes plagiarism screening before editorial review.
- Articles failing the plagiarism check will not be considered for presentation or publication.
