Frequently Asked Questions - Publications & Proceedings (ICASET 2026)

  • Q1: Will the conference proceedings be SCOPUS/ESCI indexed?

    Ans: Yes. The conference proceedings will be submitted to the Web of Science Book Citation Index (BkCI) and SCOPUS for evaluation and possible indexing. (Terms and conditions apply)

  • Q2: Will all accepted papers be published in SCOPUS, or only selected papers?

    Ans: Only selected papers will be published in SCOPUS-indexed journals after undergoing a rigorous peer-review process.

  • Q3: Does the registration fee include publication costs?

    Ans: Yes. The registration fee covers publication costs for the conference proceedings and affiliated journals. (Terms and conditions apply)

  • Q4: Can I review papers without being on the advisory board?

    Ans: No. Only official committee members are eligible to participate in the peer-review process.

  • Q5: Can I get extra copies of the conference proceedings?

    Ans: Yes. Additional printed copies can be purchased separately for an additional fee.

  • Q6: Can I add more co-authors to my paper in the proceedings?

    Ans: Yes. You may include up to 4 co-authors before finalizing and printing the proceedings.

  • Q7: Can I get a soft copy of the proceedings?

    Ans: Yes. Soft copies will be available for download on the official IFERP website: iferp.in

  • Q8: Can corrected certificates be reissued if needed?

    Ans: Yes. Certificates can be reissued upon request to correct errors or update details.

  • Q9: Can I get an acceptance letter from the journal’s editorial board?

    Ans: No. Acceptance letters for journal publications are issued only by the conference organizers, not directly by the journals.
